Kelly joined Chomicki Baril Mah as an associate in 1995 after completing her articles. She became a partner with Chomicki Baril Mah in 2000. She has experience in all three court levels in Alberta. Kelly also has extensive experience with all forms of alternative dispute resolution. Her practice is restricted almost entirely to insurance matters. Kelly has lectured on insurance matters on many occasions including presentations to the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, the Edmonton Adjuster's Association, the Insurance Institute of Northern Alberta and Canadian Insurance Adjusters Association. Kelly has recently presented a paper to various insurance industry groups on Tort Reform in Alberta.
